                          Here are some commonly asked questions:


     1.  How should I care for my bag?

To keep your bag looking its best, there are a few things you can do. First do not over stuff your bag, as this may cause the materials to stretch and lose the shape. Second, if your bag gets dirty, gently spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap where possible. Be sure to let it air dry completely before using it again. Finally, store away your bag in the satin dust bag that is provided when you are not using it, to prevent any damage to the material or the fabric getting snag.

      2.  Where are the bags made?

I am proud to say that I design and handcrafted every bag in my studio in London.

      3.  Does my handbag need to match my other accessories?

Not necessarily, however if you like that matching look, then go for it. Remember to create your own unique look.

      4. What sizes are available?
Depending on the design I created, the sizes will vary with options ranging from small, medium, and large bags.

      5. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping are on orders over £199 in the UK.

       6. Where do you ship to?
We ship to the USA, Canada and the European Union. Shipping cost will be calculated on your counties specific order at checkout.

      7. What payment methods do you use?

All prices listed are in GBP ( British Pound) on the footer page on the website you will see the various major payment methods that you can use.

      8. When will my item arrive?
Depending on your location domestic shipping will take between 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped.

For international shipping it will take between 3-14 days to arrive, however, these time frames vary from country to country depending on your location and the shipping method the item was shipped with.

       9. How does the products purchased on Malka'sglowup shipped?

We packed our bags in a well fitted box to make sure your bag is safe during transportation. This way we ensure that every customer gets their bag in the same condition as when it was shipped.

     10. Will I get a tacking number?

Yes, You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is placed and shipped, please check your spam email just in case our email goes there.

     11. What is your return policy?
We only accept returns in cases where the item arrived damaged with (Proof) or if you received the wrong item. If you need to return an item please email us at and we will ensure the return process is as quick and simple as possible. For further information on our return policy please refer to the store policies.

      12. When will my purchased be shipped?

All items will be shipped in 1-2 business days except Sundays, Bank Holidays and Christmas day.

      13. What if I want an item that is out of stock?
If you want an item that is out of stock, unfortunately it means that it is no longer available for purchase. As our products are one- off items it is advice to buy the item as soon as possible to avoid missing out :)

     14. What is the time limit to cancel an order?

The time limit to cancel an order is within 24 hours after purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within the time frame.

     15. How are local deliveries made?
Local deliveries are made using Royal Mail Postal Service.

     16. Do you offer local collection?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local collections, the Royal Postal Service will be used to delivery all our packages.
